Marad B.V. (“Marad”, “we”, “us”) is the developer of the Marad fleet management system. Our website at www.marad.com serves as a landing page for our product. Marad B.V. is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and is established at Burgemeester J. Schipperkade 8a, 8320 AD Urk, the Netherlands.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
2. Scope of this policy
This privacy policy applies to all personal data processed by Marad in the context of:
- visits to our website at www.marad.com;
- use of the Marad fleet management platform and related services;
- contact with Marad by email, telephone, or contact form.
If you are a customer using the Marad platform, Marad processes personal data on your behalf as a processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This privacy policy describes Marad’s processing activities as a controller in its own right.

7. How long we retain your data

9. Complaints
