About

The tidal module optimizes maintenance for tide-affected assets, such as tidal arrays and floating solar farms, by providing tidal predictions alongside wind, weather, and wave forecasts.

The tidal module was developed as part of the EU-funded project MAXBlade, which includes Orbital Marine Power, the university of Edinburgh, EMEC, and more.

The tidal module is an extension of the maintenance module. It adds a variety of parameters and layers to Marad’s existing maintenance planning. Examples are the availability of engineers, tidal currents, wind and weather conditions, daylight predictions, and more.

We predict weather conditions based on an integrated weather API. Simply enter your GPS position and we take care of the rest.
