Our General Terms and Conditions govern the rules and conditions that apply to all agreements between Marad and its customers. They cover topics including payment, liability, intellectual property, software use, and termination.
Our Subprocessor List provides a current overview of all third-party service providers authorised to process personal data on behalf of Marad. We notify customers at least 14 days in advance of any changes.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data Marad collects, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and how long it is retained. It also sets out your rights as a data subject and how to exercise them.
Our Data Processing Agreement governs how Marad processes personal data on behalf of its customers as a processor under the GDPR. The DPA applies automatically to all customers and does not require a separate signature.
Our End User License Agreement governs the installation, access, and use of Marad’s software by individual end users. It outlines the permitted scope of use, user responsibilities, and applicable restrictions.
