About us
Marad, short for maritime administration, is a family-owned business founded in 1999 by experienced maritime and mechanical engineers.
It began as a simple planned maintenance system and has grown into a comprehensive, type-approved fleet management solution. Our headquarters are located at the entrance of Urk’s harbor (see picture), offering scenic views over the IJsselmeer.
